Appointments Booked Between 11.35pm EST Tue 3 March and 1.56pm EST Wed 4 March If you booked an appointment between 11.35pm EST (Toronto Time) Tue 3 March and 1.56pm EST (Toronto Time) Wed 4 March you are likely to see those appointments in your calendar with the message ‘Session report for this appointment is already submitted. You can not edit this Appointment anymore.‘ (refer to screenshot below)
You will not see this appointment anywhere in your pending sessions and to confirm this does not impact any hours on the account.
In order to submit a session report for that appointment you simply need to re-book the appointment. Watch the video below to see how to do this.

Now in BANG, you can find your students' contact information by going to your My Students tab, and selecting Matched Students. Each of your matched students now have a third "Details" icon that you can select to view each student's Primary Contact Name, Email, Phone #, and Address as well.
Be sure to use this feature once you are matched to a new student!
